| Overview: |
Business Developers identify, contact, educate and assist companies and other organizations that are expanding or in need of new facilities to accomplish their mission in purchasing or leasing a new building from Comark. Activities should result in the establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients in commercial and retail, government, healthcare, and education industries. Business Developers must remain committed to Comark's standard in customer service and help build long-lasting value for the client.

| Responsibilities: |
- Identify, educate, and visit client companies that value the qualities found in high-value, large and more complex modular buildings available for fast occupancy
- Market and sell custom modular buildings and portable buildings and manage activities within an assigned cost budget
- Conduct market research, prospect and develop your territory
- Target and acquire new accounts by calling customers within your territory
- Identify, budget and obtain approval to attend conferences, industry forums and/or other meetings to represent Comark
- Conduct on-site presentations, develop and prepare proposals and negotiate contract closings with clients
- Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships through continuous follow up and by providing excellent post sale service
- Effectively execute administrative duties including but not limited to reports of prospecting, sales calls, weekly activity, business justifications and monthly reports.

| Qualifications: |
- Highly motivated, self starter, who is personally motivated for success, creative, and competitive
- Excellent presentation skills, high energy, and a strong will to overcome any obstacle
- Persuasive, persistent, and honest with skills in follow up and customer service
- Ability to establish immediate rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying and closing sales
- Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of computers and the use of basic programs such as: Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.
- Demonstrates good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a computer and telephone for extensive periods of time to meet business objectives
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
